Ever since I was little, I have always taken life a little too seriously. I never stopped to see that while I was growing up, I was missing out on all of the mistakes that I was too afraid to make. Afraid I would get a bad grade, afraid that someone wouldn't like the outfit I was wearing, afraid that someone might notice the pimple on my chin, and afraid that my anxiety would rob me of some of the best experiences of my life. I realized as I got older, that you are never really done growing up. You can continue to learn and have new experiences, but only if you let yourself. You'll realize that if you don't slow down and stop worrying about the future, you will only get in the way of your own happiness.
Life is singular and you only get one, so why not live it, just for fun.
